Hello everyone, My name is Chad Harris and this is my homepage. I am 35 years old and live in Venus Texas. I have 2 children, Kayla Harris 8, and Clay Harris 15. My Wife's name is
Janet Harris. We are all Texas natives. We live on about 200 acres just southwest of Dallas. Please send me some E-Mail if you like this page.
These are the cattle we raise, we have 20 head of registered Red Angus. Here is a picture of one of our show cows with her new calf.
We raise them and have about 20 head of registered stock. All of our show cattle live the good life. They spend their days under fans, with a cool mist blowing on their backs. My son won the TCCA Belt Buckle in 1996 and 1997. Clay (my son) got 3rd in the 1998 season. In 1999 my son got second. My daughter, Kayla just turned 9 and the 1999 season was her first year to show. Kayla got eighth and got her first TCCA Top Ten jacket. We have four heifers that we are showing now. They are all bred and raised right here on our spread in Texas. We have not bought any show cattle over the past two seasons. It is real nice to take what is homebread to a show. My Family and I show cattle all over Texas. It keeps us very busy on the weekends. It is nothing to make a 500 mile round trip in one weekend.
